Someone had been sick on the driver carpet of this Ford F-150, and the rest of the cabin carried the ordinary build up of a working truck on top of it. We cleaned it at the customer’s home in Camas, Washington, in about an hour. The work covered trash removal, a full vacuum of the cabin, carpets, mats and rear floor, targeted cleaning of the affected area on the driver carpet, and a wipe down of every surface in the cab.
What we did

Trash out first, then the whole cabin vacuumed. Carpets, mats, the rear floor and the seams around the seats.
The driver carpet was the real job. That area was cleaned properly rather than covered over, and worked until the carpet came back clean.
Every surface in the cabin was wiped down after that. Doors, console, dash and trim.

That depends entirely on how far it went and how long it sat. If it stayed on the carpet surface and it is dealt with quickly, cleaning the area usually settles it. If it soaked through the carpet into the padding underneath, or ran down into a seat rail or a seam, a surface clean cannot reach the source and the smell can come back in warm weather. Nobody can tell you which one it is from a photo. Call the same day if you can, because time is the single biggest factor here.
