We price on labour. None of it is a surprise once we have seen a photo.
It is the starting point. The photo gives you a rough number, then we give you a detailed estimate in person before we begin, and nothing is added to it without your approval. If your car is in normal condition for its age the starting price is usually close. If it needs more, you see exactly what and what it costs, and you decide.

Yes, because they take longer. More seats, more carpet, more glass and more paint all add labour. Send a photo and we will quote your actual vehicle rather than a category.
Only if you agree to it first. Anything the car needs is priced into the estimate you approve before we start. If something turns up mid job, we stop, show you the cost, and wait for your go ahead. Nothing is added to the bill without asking.
No. The estimate separates what your car needs from what is optional, and each line has its own price from the same calculator we use for everyone. You can decline any line and we will do the rest.

Not yet. Headlight restoration and ceramic coating are coming. For now we focus on interior and exterior detailing, and we would rather say no than do it badly.
