The paint needs protecting
Road film, tree sap and bird mess do not just sit on top of the paint. Left through a wet winter they work into the clear coat, and by then washing does not help.
The car is not dirty, it just needs freshening up
A lot of the cars we do are not bad at all. Dust through the vents, a bit of film on the paint, crumbs down the seams. Two or three times a year keeps it there.
Something spilled in it
A drink, a sick passenger, groceries that leaked. We lift it out of the carpet rather than covering the smell, usually the same week you call.

You approve the price before we start
A photo gives you a starting number. On arrival you get an itemized estimate, service by service, off the same calculator we use for everyone. Nothing is added without your approval.
Rain, and what we do about it
If rain is forecast, we reschedule at no charge. We call you as early as we can.
What we need on site
Interior only: a power outlet. Exterior: a power outlet and an outdoor tap. Everything else arrives with us.
We tell you when we are coming
A confirmed appointment, a time estimate when we book it, and a call if anything changes. Most details run two to four hours.
Careful hands on your interior
Screens, leather, trim and plastics each get their own product. We work panel by panel, never one cleaner over everything.
You do not always need to be there
Exterior work needs nobody home. Interior work just needs someone to unlock the car. After that, carry on with your day.

For example, Standard drops from $249 to $179 per detail on the 12 month plan, which keeps $840 a year in your pocket. If you change your mind or move away, unused details are refunded.
Vacuum-Only starts at $95, Basic at $189, Standard at $249, and Premium at $399, all before Washington sales tax, which is added at the rate for your service address. Oregon addresses have no sales tax. Prepay plans bring the per detail price down, as low as $149 on a 12 month plan. A photo by text gives you a starting number. You then get a detailed, itemized estimate in person before we begin, and nothing is added to it without your approval.

We arrive fully equipped with all products, tools and machines. On site an interior only detail usually needs just a standard outlet; exterior work also needs an outdoor tap within reach of the vehicle. Nothing else is needed from you.
For an exterior detail, no. We do not need to get inside the car, so nobody has to be home. For interior work someone needs to unlock the vehicle, you or anyone else at home. Once we have access you are free to carry on with your day.
If rain is forecast for your appointment, we reschedule to another available time at no charge. We contact you as early as possible if the weather is likely to affect your appointment.
Yes. Pet hair removal, stain treatment, and odor treatment are part of what we do. Heavier cases can affect the price, so a quick photo by text helps us quote it accurately up front.

A car wash rinses the outside in minutes. A detail is stain treatment, steam cleaning, decontamination and protection, done by hand over several hours at your address.
For most drivers, every three to six months keeps the interior healthy and the paint protected. Cars that carry kids, pets, or daily commuters benefit from the shorter end of that range.
Seats and interior carpets vacuumed, and nothing else. It does not include floor mats, the trunk, shampooing or wet cleaning, stain treatment, steam cleaning, pet hair removal, odor treatment, leather cleaning or any exterior work. It is a separate entry-level service, not the Basic package. If your car needs more than a vacuum we will show you the options and the prices, and you decide.
Yes, we regularly work in office parking lots and apartment complexes. We do need a legal spot beside your vehicle, plus the utilities for the service you booked: a standard outlet for interior only, and an outdoor tap as well for exterior work.
