SolverStar LLC, a Washington limited liability company, UBI 605 255 466, trades as Mobile Car Detailing ("we", "us"). We are a mobile car detailing service based in Vancouver, Washington, serving the Vancouver WA and Portland OR metro area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what we need to quote, schedule, and perform your detail, and we never sell your information.

Information we collect

• Booking form: when you request a booking we collect your name, phone number, service address or city, preferred date and time, vehicle details, interior material, and any notes you add. This information is saved in our booking database so we can schedule your appointment and keep a record of the work.
• Calls and texts: if you call or text us, we receive your phone number and anything you send, including photos of your vehicle you share for quoting.
• Technical data: we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It records things like which pages are viewed, the approximate city a visit came from, and the type of device used. It does not tell us who you are. We do not run advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may temporarily log IP addresses and may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot protection.
• Signed service agreement: if you sign our service agreement online, we store the signature you drew, the name you printed, the date you entered, the appointment details shown on the page, and the exact wording you agreed to. Alongside it we record the time, and the IP address and browser the signature came from. Those last two exist only so the agreement can be shown to be genuine if it is ever questioned, and they are never used for marketing or profiling. We deliberately do not record your screen size, your location, or anything else about your device.
• Photos of your vehicle: we photograph the vehicle before and after, and store those photos with your job record. We may use them on this website to show the work we do. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.
• Address suggestions: the booking form suggests addresses as you type. Those keystrokes are sent to Google Places through our own server, so Google receives the partial address but not your name, phone number or anything else about you.
• Spam protection: when you submit the booking form we record the IP address it was sent from. This is used only to block spam and abuse, never to profile you.

How we use your information

• To prepare your quote and confirm your price.
• To schedule, confirm, perform, and follow up on your detailing appointment.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To ask, after your service, whether you would like to leave a review. This is optional.

We do not sell your personal information, share it with data brokers, or use it for third party advertising.

Who processes your information

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and communicate with you:

• Cloudflare hosts this website, stores your booking in a database on servers in the United States, and provides security services.
• Telegram delivers a notification of your booking request to the owner's phone so it is seen quickly. The notification contains the details you submitted.
• Web3Forms sends a backup copy of your booking to our email, so a request is never lost if another part of the system fails.
• Google provides our email service, the fonts on this site, Google Analytics, and the address suggestions in the booking form. When the site loads fonts from Google, your browser shares your IP address with Google.

Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Text messages

We call or text you only about a booking or a question you brought to us. If you submit the booking form, call us, or text us, you are giving us your number so we can reply about that job. These are service messages about your appointment, never marketing, and we do not add you to any list. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you.

Cookies

We do not set advertising cookies and we do not use cross site tracking. Google Analytics sets first party cookies so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security. Because we run no advertising or cross site tracking, the site does not show a cookie consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time and this site will still work normally.

How long we keep your information

We keep booking details, signed agreements and message history for as long as we need them for scheduling, service records, and basic bookkeeping. A signed agreement is kept for at least six years, because that is how long a contract claim can be brought in Washington. Booking records are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare in the United States. You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep a record (for example, for tax purposes).

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date.
