We live here and most of our work is here. That changes a few practical things for you.
No trip charge anywhere in the county. Battle Ground, Ridgefield and Washougal are normal bookings, not a special journey with a surcharge attached. You book them the same way as a Vancouver address, and so is Camas, where three of the jobs in our portfolio were done.
Most homes here make this easy. A driveway and a standard outlet is all we need, plus an outdoor tap if the job includes exterior work. We park beside your car and work there.
We know what these cars arrive like. Fir needles in the cowl and door jambs, gravel dust ground into carpet, and the green film that settles on anything parked outside through a wet Northwest winter. None of that is unusual to us and none of it changes your quote after we arrive.
Apartments and complexes work too. We need a legal spot beside your vehicle plus a standard outlet within reach, and an outdoor tap as well for exterior work. If you are not sure what your building has, call first and we will sort it out before you book.

Vacuum-Only starts at $95, Basic at $189, Standard at $249 and Premium at $399, all before Washington sales tax, which is added at the rate for your address. Prepay plans bring the per detail price down to $149, $179 and $299 on a 12 month plan.

We arrive fully equipped with every product and machine. On site an interior only detail usually needs just a standard outlet; exterior work also needs an outdoor tap within reach of the vehicle. Apartment and condo appointments are possible as long as there is a legal place to work beside the vehicle and the utilities required for the service you booked.
If rain is forecast for your appointment, we reschedule to another available time at no charge. We contact you as early as possible if the weather is likely to affect your appointment.
No. There is no trip charge anywhere in Clark County. The price you are quoted is based on your vehicle, not your postcode.
Usually yes, and we see it every year in Clark County. Eight damp months, a car that did not move much, and mold finds the carpet and the seat foam. We steam it, treat it with an antimicrobial and lift it out with a wet vac, rather than spraying something over the top of it. If the moisture is still coming in from a leaking sunroof drain or a failed door seal, we will point that out, because otherwise it grows straight back. Text photos and we will quote it before the visit.
Cowls, door jambs and trunk seals get cleared out as part of the work. Send a photo and it is in the quote.
