Between 30 minutes and about four hours depending on the package and the state of the car. Basic runs 30 to 70 minutes, Standard 70 to 120, Premium 120 to 240. We give you a time estimate when we confirm the booking.
Basic starts at $189 and covers trash removal, a full vacuum, a wipe down of all surfaces and an aroma refresh. Premium starts at $399 and adds stain treatment, leather cleaning and protection, pet hair removal and odor treatment. Full detail on the pricing page.
Someone needs to unlock the car for us at the start, you or anyone else at home. After that you can carry on with your day.
No. We take everything loose out ourselves. If there is anything valuable or fragile in there, take that with you and leave the rest to us.
Yes. Mold is a normal job here, and damp Northwest winters are the reason. We treat it with steam and an antimicrobial, then lift it out with a wet vac, rather than wiping the surface and calling it done. One honest warning: mold grows back if the water causing it is still getting in. If we find a leaking sunroof drain, a bad door seal or a wet carpet under the mat, we will tell you, because otherwise you are paying us to clean the same car twice. Send photos and we will quote it before we come out.
Screens, leather, trim and soft plastics each get a product matched to that surface. We work panel by panel rather than spraying one cleaner over everything.
For an interior only detail we usually only need a standard power outlet; exterior detailing also needs an outdoor water tap within reach of the vehicle. Everything else arrives with us. Apartment and condo appointments are possible as long as there is a legal place to work beside the vehicle and the utilities required for the service you booked.
If rain is forecast for your appointment, we reschedule to another available time at no charge. We contact you as early as possible if the weather is likely to affect your appointment.
