Mobile Car Detailing FAQ

You book a time, we come to your home or office, and we detail the car where it is parked. No drop off, no waiting room, no second trip to pick it up. We arrive with all equipment and products and work in your driveway or parking spot.

Vacuum-Only starts at $95, Basic at $189, Standard at $249 and Premium at $399, all before Washington sales tax, which is added at the rate for your service address. Oregon addresses have no sales tax. Prepay plans bring the per detail price down to $149, $179 and $299 on a 12 month plan. A photo gives you a starting number, then we give you a detailed estimate in person before we begin, and nothing is added to it without your approval. Our lowest advertised price is Vacuum-Only, from $95: the seats and the interior carpets vacuumed, and nothing else. It does not include floor mats, the trunk, shampooing or wet cleaning, stain treatment, steam cleaning, pet hair removal, odor treatment, leather work, or anything on the outside of the car. A full interior clean is a different service and starts at $189. Every price we publish is a starting price for a vehicle in normal condition, not a quote for every car. Text us a photo and we will tell you which service your car actually needs, with a price, before anyone drives out to you.

Cancel or move your appointment at least 12 hours ahead and there is no charge at all, for any reason. Inside 12 hours, or if nobody can give us access to the vehicle within 20 minutes of the agreed time, there is a $45 visit charge, and we credit it back in full if you book us again within 30 days. Seats and interior carpets vacuumed, and nothing else. It does not include floor mats, the trunk, shampooing or wet cleaning, stain treatment, steam cleaning, pet hair removal, odor treatment, leather cleaning or any exterior work. It is a separate entry-level service, not the Basic package. If your car needs more than a vacuum we will show you the options and the prices, and you decide.

We price every job on a calculator we built ourselves, using the same rates for every customer. Before we start you get an itemized estimate showing each service and what it costs, including anything extra your car genuinely needs such as steam cleaning, wax or protection. You approve that list first. That estimate is what the work is priced from, and nothing is added along the way without your say.

Trash removal, a full vacuum including trunk and seat rails, vents and cup holders and seams cleaned out, steam cleaning on hard surfaces where needed, every touched surface wiped with a product matched to it, glass cleaned inside, and an aroma refresh. A car wash rinses the outside in a few minutes. Detailing is a deep clean by hand over several hours: stain treatment, steam cleaning, decontamination and protection, inside and out.

Basic runs 30 to 70 minutes, Standard 70 to 120, Premium 120 to 240. It depends on the size of the vehicle and how much work it needs. You get a time estimate when we confirm the booking.

If rain is forecast for your appointment, we reschedule to another available time at no charge. We contact you as early as possible if the weather is likely to affect your appointment.

For an interior only detail we usually only need a standard power outlet; exterior detailing also needs an outdoor water tap within reach of the vehicle. Everything else arrives with us. Apartment and condo appointments are possible as long as there is a legal place to work beside the vehicle and the utilities required for the service you booked.

Yes, we do it regularly. We need a legal spot beside your vehicle, plus the utilities for the service you booked: a standard outlet for interior only, and an outdoor tap as well for exterior work. If you are not sure what your building has, call and we will work it out before you book.

For an exterior detail, no. We do not need to get inside the car, so nobody has to be home. For interior work someone needs to unlock the vehicle, you or anyone else at home. Once we have access you are free to carry on with your day.

No. We take everything loose out ourselves. Take anything valuable or fragile with you and leave the rest.

Yes, and it is a normal job here rather than a rare one. We treat it with steam and an antimicrobial, then lift it out with a wet vac instead of wiping the surface and calling it clean. It comes back if the water causing it is still getting in, so we look for that while we are in the car. Full detail on how mold removal works.

Yes. All three are included in Premium, and heavier cases affect the price, which is why we ask for a photo first. How pet hair removal works.

Each surface gets a product matched to it and we work panel by panel. Spraying one cleaner across an entire cabin is how interiors get damaged, so we do not do that.

Only with your agreement. If we find something the photo did not show, we stop, explain what it would take, and wait for your go ahead. We never add work to the bill without asking.

No. We quote what the car needs and leave it there. If something is optional, we say so.

For most drivers, every three to six months keeps the interior healthy and the paint protected. Cars carrying kids, pets or a daily commute do better at the shorter end of that range.

You do not drive anywhere and you do not wait, and the car gets work a tunnel wash cannot do. If you only need surface dust off, a wash is cheaper and fine.

Published prices rather than a quote form, a clear description of what is included, real before and after photos of their own work, and a straight answer on what they need from you on site. If any of those are missing, ask before you book.

We work Sunday but not Saturday. Weekday and Sunday appointments run 8am to 6pm.

Not yet. Ceramic coating and headlight restoration are coming. Premium currently finishes with wax or sealant.

Pick a package, prepay 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, and book one detail each month. Prepaying locks in a lower per detail price. Unused details are refunded if you change your mind.
