No. A car wash rinses the surface in a few minutes. An exterior detail is a hand wash with decontamination and protection, and it takes hours.

Not yet. Ceramic coating and headlight restoration are coming. Premium currently finishes with a sealant for shine and protection.

We do not offer paint correction. We clean and protect the paint, which is a different job.

No. We never need to get inside the car. Leave it parked where we can reach it and it will be clean when you get back.

For an interior only detail we usually only need a standard power outlet; exterior detailing also needs an outdoor water tap within reach of the vehicle. Everything else arrives with us. Apartment and condo appointments are possible as long as there is a legal place to work beside the vehicle and the utilities required for the service you booked.

If rain is forecast for your appointment, we reschedule to another available time at no charge. We contact you as early as possible if the weather is likely to affect your appointment.

For most drivers here, every three to six months keeps the paint protected and stops the damp season buildup from setting in. Cars parked under trees or outdoors year round benefit from the shorter end.
